      I just logged into the member website under you. I could see this page and all of your links just fine. Maybe you logged in with the wrong password or something. I'll send you a email with your login info in just a minute. Make sure that is what you are using to login. If you are still having problems after I send you the email just email me back.

    Hi Calvin & users,

    Yes, Leah called me twice already and got me access to the websites. Leah is great by the way!

    I spent a few minutes previewing a couple of the websites. "Stopping foreclosure with a short sale..." had a bulleted item entered twice.

    It was easy to login in to the edit website pages section and to simply edit the page. I would recommend all users to review the sites before using them.

    So far so good.

      I just checked your websites. They are all setup and working now. I also logged into the member site as you to make sure I could see your web pages and login info for your back-end admin area - I could. So everything is working now. Please log back in and tack a look at the pages with your website info to see it. If you still can't see if for some reason I would be happy to have Esther email you your links.

    Still having challenges.

    1. Logging in does not show my info

    2. any emails from this company are sent to spam. White listing does not change teh DNS server IDs so sent to spam files.

    3. My g-mail accound also does not like this companies DNS numbers - again IDed as SPAM.

    4. I have set up several adds, with my own anlytics, no visits to adds.

    and in My Opnionion for what ever it is worth, there is TOO much information.

    Focus on three Products at most.

    Not sure how long I will keep this program as there are NO results, and NOT easy to set up.

    Calling support is not an option as when I work on this is sporatic.

    Please fix your Cavlin Curry and Support DNS server numbers and email address.

      Thank you for your feedback.

      1. I logged into the member site under you and was able to see your lead capture website info. If that is what you are talking about I don't know why you are having that problem because I couldn't duplicate it.

      2. I'll do my best to look into changing the DNS numbers as you suggested for the emails. Hopefully that will help.

      3. I was able to create filters in my g-mail account to never send the emails to spam and that worked perfectly for me. After that I never had our support or website emails sent to spam.

      4. Did you check if your ads where ghosted? That could be why you didn't get any visits to your ads. I'm not saying that is for sure the problem to make up an excuses. It's just that whey I don't get any visits to a CL ad it's because it was ghosted.

    I am very impressed by the amount of resources you are providing. I have already begun to look through the pages and watch the videos. They are simple to understand, so they can educate clients who may not understand basics. I like the fact that everything directs clients to my domain. I can't wait to see how well this works.

    I do have one question though. I do not have Publisher. Some of the best templates posted in Publisher are not yet dupilcated in Word format. Will this be done soon? In particular, I am anxious to utilize postcards which will be mailed to sellers who are already in the early stages of foreclosure. The postcards will be mailed to them so they will look up my website to stop foreclosure. Just curious if these postcards will be done in Word format? Thank you, Calvin!

      About your question regarding Publisher, the Word format is provided for those who do not have Publisher installed. You only get to use the basic functions in Publisher which can be found in the newer version of Word . For the postcards, we have a Word file version that you can use .

      If we are missing the word doc format for any of the postcards or mailers you want to use please just let us know which ones and we will upload the word format for you. I checked the short sale marketing download page here http://realestate.instantbizsystem.com/home/lead-generation-systems/short-sale-marketing-system/short-sale-letters ...and it looked like everything had a word format. If I overlooked something please let us know and we will upload it for you.

    When the buyer signs in and goes to pg 2, they are limited to what they can click on. They can only enter 2 zip codes, and can only click on 1 price range, which is a $25,000 range. Nobody I ever sold to are THAT FOCUSED! Most of my searches are about $50,000.

    Can the page be changed to allowed more imput? I really like the system......with a slight tweeking!

    Under the seller website, in regards to the Free Video & Additional Info Page, the video is blocked by the video is blocked on the main page by the "Header Dangerous Trends that Stop Homes From Selling..." Looks pretty poor and like no one has reviewed their own work. The problem goes away in full screen but then no one can register below.

    Please look at the problem or let me know how that I can change/edit this.

      It normally takes about an hour from when you sign up for your links to work. The sites have to be built and then added to your account. They should work in an hour or so. If they still don't work in an hour or two from now let me know or contact support and they will check into it.

    I have just published my first foreclosure ad in the Sarasota, FL section of Craig's List with the Title of Free List of Foreclosure Deals and it is not working properly.

    It cycles to the number one registration page and then when I fill out the required info and hit the "Get Access Now" button it cycles back to the same page.

    Can you tell me what I've done wrong?

    As a follow up to my problem I just typed in "www.freesandiegoforeclosurelist.info". It was a link to the foreclosure registration page 1. Then when I clicked on the GET ACCESS NOW button it took me to the foreclosure registration page 2.

    When I do the same thing with my domain name, http://www.941foreclosures.com it links me to the foreclosure page 1. There though when I click on the GET ACCESS NOW button it cycles me back to the foreclosure page 1.

    I have set up three domain names and this happens with all three domain names

    This is my problem also when I try to set up an ad on CL. When I test it the registration page 1 cycles me back to the registration page 1.

    Can you address this problem and tell me what is wrong?
